- Rates are based on a
family of up to four (father, mother, 2 dependent children). One family & one piece of equipment per campsite.
- Additional Family Members
$7 per day.
- We are open weekends
only from April 11 to May 8.
- We reserve the use of our
Deluxe sites to trailers, 5th wheels, and motorhomes of 38' length and
greater.
- Visitors to campsite for
part of any day $8 per person, over night $10.
We reserve the right to limit visitors.
No overnight visitors on holiday weekends or with rentals.
- Telephone reservations
recommended. Call 609-624-1675. Minimum stay requirements vary
during July & August for advanced campsite reservations. Minimum of 7
nights required for specific requests.
- $75.00 per week minimum deposit on campsite reservation.
(This holds campsite for 24 hours.) Rentals differ, visit rentals

- Lake and Pool are open
during Peak Season
only and some dates in June. Activities are limited during our
Off
Season periods.
- Visa, Master Card & Discover Card
accepted.
- Rates subject to possible increase except on advance
reservations.
- Refunds of campsite deposits given only when we are
notified of cancellation at least 7 days before arrival
date. 4 weeks notice required on cabin & trailer
rentals. There will be a service charge.
- Campsite check-out time is 1:00 p.m. Check-in time 1:00
p.m. (Cabin & trailer rentals different time. Please click
on the Rentals link) No admittance for
arrivals after 11:00 p.m.
- No Motor Bikes, golf
carts, bike surreys, atv's or
converted buses permitted.
- No boats, PWC, or storage trailers parked
on campsites. Free storage area is provided during your stay.
- A parent must be present with children staying overnight. No one shall remain at a campsite overnight without a
motor vehicle available for emergency transportation.
- Coin-operated hot showers with temperature adjustment.
- Residents of Canada use U.S. postal money order...no
checks.
- All stays at Ocean View Resort Campground are subject to
our customers' acceptance and complying with our
campground rules and regulations.
- We cannot accept site rentals for a group of sites near
each other. We do not have a group site area. Campsite rental only
to persons over 21 years of age.
- Consumption
of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in all public areas.
